Yes, Teeco will visit your facility to help you get started. Through the years, we have developed a system that can allow a customer to install a tent washer in about an hour after it is delivered. Our policy is to train you on how to wash a tent BEFORE your machine shows up. At delivery, most of our customers request that we do not visit their facility. We are often able to reward them for the cost we would have incurred by visiting them. Bottom line, you decide if you would like us to visit.
