STEVE ARENDT
CHIEF BALLER
Here at Teeco, we truly believe in better lives through better business. It’s not just a slogan, it’s how we roll. My title makes it seem like I found this business when, in many ways, it found me. I’ve always been an out–of-the-box thinker and have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After a few years in a successful tent rental business—and a less than successful home life–I realized that there had to be more efficient ways of doing things, so I sold the business, founded Teeco and focused on mechanizing the manual and offering viable and practical solutions to the challenges of the tent rental industry. Now things at our “empty-nested” home are peachy-keen–just ask my beautiful wife of 25 years, Becky. I’m a lucky guy. At least that’s what she keeps telling me…
SENIOR EVANGELIST
Well, you might have put together that Steve (Chief Baller) and I are married, which explains my real claim to fame in the office….”sleeps with the boss”. I secretly passed along my old one to the Chief Baller. *Whispered* he hasn’t noticed his new title on his nameplate yet! I like to think I have other talents too. At the office, I’m a cheerleader, digital dynamo, marketer, and editor extraordinaire. Out of the office, I’m an artist, dancer, empty-nester mama to 3 adult children and a soon-to-be-mother-in-law. I absolutely love that our St. Louis Blues brought home the Stanley cup this year. I had to put that in somewhere, right? Let’s Go Blues! Oh—and I’m a Leo. You were dying to know that, weren’t you?
PART TIME CZAR
If I’m putting “The Truth Hat” on I’m not really sure what I do most days. Our Facebook page says that I’m helping people reduce stress and increase profits. Mostly I like to think that I talk to lots of nice folks—all over the country–in the party rental industry about helping them improve their business.
When I’m not here, I can be found in my one husband, two kids, no pets home. I’m really just a farm girl and recovering triathlete who loves reading “foodie” publications and watching college basketball with my family (Go Illini!!).
BRIDGET ALLEN
MONTH END MAJESTY
Bridget is my name and organization is my game. I could be called the queen of the calculator, a journal juggler, a ledger lover or a bean keeper. I think you get the jist. The office dog, Gus, loves me almost as much as my sweet dog at home (also named Gus), but I think it’s because he can’t seem to obtain Chandra’s affection.
AJ PORTRAY
PNEUMATIC DEVICE AND MACHINE OPTIMIZER
What does that mean exactly? It’s our super-fancy title for Service Technician. AJ oversees all the production, quality controls, service calls, and customer start up. He’s new to the Teeco Team and we don’t have a photo of him yet, but we’ll get one soon enough!
