Which Power Unit is a good fit for you?

Power Units

P1 & P2

Teeco is proud to offer two units to power its labor-saving components. The P1 is a 50 HP John Deere diesel unit that allows the maximum performance from the stake driving system. The P1 is large enough to comfortably sit on and safely drive. The turf-friendly design allows the operator to drive on even the most tender turf without harming it.  The P2 unit, at 25 HP, is more compact—(designed as a walk-behind unit)—is gasoline powered, and will operate the stake driving system at a slightly different pace than the P1 unit. The P2 is also designed to operate on the tenderest turf without damage.

When operating Teeco’s stake pulling system, either the P1 or P2 power unit may be used. The performance of the stake puller will be identical with both units.

When looking for the best and safest material handling tool for your job sites, either the P1 or P2 can work for you. The 25 HP P2 unit does a great job of transporting Teeco’s stackable storage bins and can be used as a wheelbarrow to deliver tent tops and tent poles to their exact locations on the jobsite. The 50 HP P1 unit has the ability to add an optional forklift mast, which will allow the P1 unit to operate as a versatile onsite material handling tool and will lift up to 2,000 pounds to a height of 10 feet. The forks are adjustable, offering the ability to lift any configuration that is found on a job site.

Taking advantage of either the P1 or P2 power units to push up center poles can be extremely effective. The 50 HP of the P1 unit coupled with the optional four wheel drive capacity will push up any center pole on the market today. Using the 25 HP of the compact P1 unit to push up the center poles of tents up to 60-foot wide can offer incredible strength to the crew. Both units require little user training and are easy and safe to operate.
