Teeco Solutions Introduces its Newest Innovation – The Flat Panel Wash System

With over 10 years in the business of helping tent/marquee rental owners and operators from around the world improve operating efficiencies and quality of work in managing tent rental operations, Teeco Solutions is introducing its newest washer to round out the tent washing and drying process.  It is the Flat Panel Wash System. 

       Our customers have been asking us for the past few years to consider designing and manufacturing a washing system that does an effective job of cleaning Clear Span/Panel/Structure Tents. 

The challenge in designing Teeco’s Flat Panel Wash System was to address the following requirements:

• Material Width Flexibility - The design of the machine must be able to accommodate panels either 16’ or 20’ and any length.

• Reduce Labor Costs - Reduce manpower requirements to just 2 men for machine operation

• Continuous vs. Batch Wash Processing  - Rather than having to wash tent material in a batch process, the new Teeco Flat Panel Wash System essentially mimics a continuous material feed system to allow for an ongoing washing process while minimizing worker involvement.

• Total Drying Capability - Deliver a drying capability that would not only dry large spans of vinyl material, but if your operation requires that the keeters are completely dried in the process, a special drying option can be added to the system. 

• Deep Cleaning – Provide the ability to deep clean vinyl material that is heavily soiled due to exposure to the elements.  Some washers may claim to be able to deep clean vinyl to produce a bright white product in the end, but the design of the Teeco Flat Panel Wash System delivers on the promise.

And finally…

• Superior Maintenance of Vinyl Material - The Flat Panel Wash System offers a unique “light bar” feature as an option that quickly and easily spots pin holes in vinyl material that can then be readily addressed with vinyl patch.  This feature will essentially extend the life of the vinyl tent material.
